| Members of our Armed Forces are often sent to war. Each individual so deployed knows he or she can die. When confronted with this awareness, commonly accepted rationalizations for U.S. Military personnel and the citizenry they defend include:
DEFENDING: Country, Democracy, Freedom, Liberty, Liberation of "The Oppressed", Mom's Apple Pie, The Girl Back Home, The Flag, Capitalism, etc.
Our "terrorist enemies" have a different rationale:
DEFENDING: ALLAH. They don't seem to accept that ALLAH, All Powerful, can defend Himself without their help, but nevertheless their shortsightedness has become your burden and immediate threat to your existence as a society.
